ASIS (Alpine Social Innovation Strategy):
The APOLLO project addresses depopulation and demographic changes in the Alpine region by enhancing worker well-being and promoting work-life balance through digitalization and territorial cooperation. It improves tools such as remote working and digital welfare services, fostering synergies to stimulate community well-being and economic development across the Alpine Space. The initiative promotes innovative pilot actions, knowledge exchange, and cooperation between public administrations, research institutions, businesses, and other stakeholders to support corporate welfare practices and digital transformation.

OUTPUTS:
Main Outputs (in development / implementation) • Implementation of a pilot action – capacity building and sharing of services. Alpine Space Programme • GearingUP Toolkit – an operative model for public-private territorial welfare practices. Alpine Space Programme • Policy recommendations – guidance for integrating territorial welfare into local and regional policies. Alpine Space Programme • Creation of a stakeholder network (APOLLO network) – a memorandum of understanding to sustain cooperation beyond the project.
