HACK-IT-NET

HACK-IT-NET – Health And Care Knowledge and Innovation Transfer NETwork:
HACK-IT-NET is a transnational initiative under the INTERREG Alpine Space Programme aimed at strengthening innovation transfer in the health and care sector across the Alpine region. The project addresses persistent barriers that prevent healthcare stakeholders from accessing and applying advanced solutions — from digital tools to sustainable practices — by building a multi-stakeholder network that bridges research, policy, clinical practice and business. Through co-creation, capacity building and pilot actions, HACK-IT-NET develops methodological frameworks, tools and partnerships that advance green and digital healthcare, improve service delivery and enhance systemic resilience. Anchored in social innovation principles and aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals, the project supports sustainable, equitable and future-oriented healthcare ecosystems in Alpine communities.

HACK-IT-NET promotes social innovation and social entrepreneurship by building a transnational health and care innovation transfer network that connects stakeholders, accelerates uptake of solutions, and strengthens community-led health ecosystems.
