We make transition!

We make transition! – Fostering sustainable and resilient societies:
We make transition! is an Interreg Baltic Sea Region project promoting sustainable and resilient societies by empowering civil society, local authorities and small businesses to co-create eco-social solutions across the region. Using the Transition Arena participatory methodology, partners facilitate collaborative processes that bring diverse actors together to define sustainability challenges, co-design visions of desirable futures and develop concrete pathways toward implementation. With local processes in 12 cities and municipalities, the project addresses sustainable lifestyles, circular and sharing economy, biodiversity, food systems and social sustainability, strengthening bottom-up engagement and collaborative governance for societal transitions.

We make transition! promotes empowered civil society and collaboration among local authorities, businesses, and communities to co-create sustainable solutions, driving social innovation and social entrepreneurship through participatory transition arenas that tackle ecological and social challenges across the Baltic Sea region.
