APOLLO – territoriAl corPOrate weLfare through digitaLization and cOoperation:
The APOLLO project addresses depopulation and demographic change in the Alpine region by enhancing worker well-being and promoting work–life balance through digitalisation and territorial cooperation. The project strengthens tools such as remote working solutions and digital welfare services, fostering synergies that stimulate community well-being and local economic development across the Alpine Space. APOLLO promotes innovative pilot actions, knowledge exchange and cooperation among public administrations, research institutions, businesses and other stakeholders to support corporate welfare practices and digital transformation in Alpine territories.

OUTPUTS:
Main Outputs (in development / implementation)
• Implementation of pilot actions focused on capacity building and shared welfare services.
GearingUP Toolkit – an operative model supporting public–private territorial welfare practices.
Policy recommendations – guidance for integrating territorial welfare into local and regional policies.
APOLLO Stakeholder Network – a memorandum of understanding to sustain cooperation beyond the project lifecycle.

• Call for service providers to support pilot actions (digital services and collaboration).
• Welfare services supporting remote work and digital welfare provision.
Digital Literacy Training Programme – enhancing digital skills for public sector staff and citizens.
Digital Health Services – telecare night-shift pilot in rural outpatient care.
Digital Animator – actions supporting young workers’ well-being.
