REVITAL

REVITAL:
REVITAL is a transnational project under the Interreg Sudoe Programme that focuses on revitalising rural and peri-urban areas through sustainable economic development, community engagement, and social innovation. The project aims to enhance the attractiveness and competitiveness of underutilised territories by supporting local entrepreneurship, innovative business models, and collaborative initiatives that integrate cultural, environmental, and social assets. REVITAL promotes capacity-building, pilot actions, and knowledge exchange among public authorities, SMEs, and local communities to foster resilient, inclusive, and economically vibrant regions.

OUTPUTS:
• Development of strategic action plans for rural revitalisation and local economic development.
• Pilot projects demonstrating innovative entrepreneurship and community-led initiatives.
• Capacity-building workshops and training for local stakeholders and SMEs.
• Creation of knowledge-sharing platforms to facilitate cross-border collaboration.
• Guidelines and policy recommendations for sustainable and socially-inclusive territorial development.
