INNO-WISEs: The INNO-WISEs project is dedicated to helping Work Integration Social Enterprises (so-called WISEs) facing the digital transition. WISEs are a type of social enterprises that focus on the integration of the most disadvantaged (migrants, long-term unemployed, NEETs, …) through work. They are private and autonomous enterprises working on the market, they also develop a strong pedagogical dimension. WISEs are facing significant shortages of skilled labour force, mainly in the areas concerning technological progress (digital skills) and economic innovation. The INNO-WISEs project goal was to tackle these weaknesses by improving the WISEs capacities enabling them to offer qualified jobs to disadvantaged groups. The project connects work integration social enterprises, researchers, technological experts and relevant public authorities.
OUTPUTS: The project’s outputs include a knowledge management framework, a flexible digital communication platform and training programmes. A platform has been created which includes a list of useful tools for WISEs, Lessons, MOOC (“Massive Open Online Courses”) and other forms of training. With a focus on specific topics: getting seen, boosting your team, making time, getting sales, boosting impact, making money.
